The Saint Lucia Education and Development Group Corporation (E&D) is a private organization established with a heartfelt mission: to contribute meaningfully to the long-term prosperity, resilience, and self-reliance of Saint Lucia by dedicating its resources, expertise, and energy to the realization of five national development initiatives and eight foundational projects.

E&D draws inspiration from the Government of Saint Lucia’s Medium Term Development Strategy 2021–2026 and broader national goals of unity, self-sufficiency, and sustainable growth. The Group aligns its efforts with these priorities, recognizing that progress and nation-building are not the responsibility of governments alone—but of every citizen, organization, and ally of the nation who is willing to serve.

By executing a transformative vision grounded in education, identity, well-being, and opportunity, E&D seeks to bring real and lasting impact to the communities of Saint Lucia it serves. Its core areas of focus include: education, youth empowerment and entrepreneurship, community well-being, cultural identity and belonging, and—last but not least—social integration and mobility.

E&D endeavors to act with integrity, transparency, and a long-term perspective. While it operates independently of government, its goals remain deeply aligned with the national interest: to uplift the people of Saint Lucia and support the country’s journey toward a future defined not by external dependency, but by inner strength, shared purpose, and hope.
